Meet Sarah:

Sarah was diagnosed with Stage 4 Burkitts Lymphoma of the intra-lymph nodes October 2017 and is now 3 years cancer free. During Sarah’s treatments she was placed in isolation for 4 months straight and was not able to make friends during her hospital stays. Sarah came up with the idea to bring a walkie talkie into every room to connect with other kids and make friends. It was a huge success that we called it Chat with Champs and made it into a non-profit. Now, Sarah’s hope is to bring the program in to more oncology children’s hospitals because no child should fight cancer alone. Sarah hopes to bring faith and hope to all the warriors fighting pediatric cancer today. “Never give up, hold on to your faith that can move mountains.” Sarah G. Loza April 2021
